Out of Office Schedule 2022
To current clients: I have listed below the times that I intend to be away from the office in the calendar year of 2022. It is a firm plan, but of course plans are sometimes interrupted by life circumstances. If I need to make a change, I will give you as much notice as possible.
The dates are laid out in calendar sequence.
AWAY: Calendar Sequence
AWAY: Calendar Sequence
Away April 4 - April 5, 2022
Away April 25 - May 6, 2022
Away June 6 - June 10
Away July 11 - July 15, 2022
Away August 15 - August 19, 2022
Away October 3 - October 7, 2022
Away December 26 - December 30, 2022
I have continued this pattern of more frequent short breaks rather than two longer holidays since April, 2020, when we suddenly defaulted to all-virtual therapy. I have discovered that it supports a sustainable pace of practice, both virtual and in-person, that I can continue for the foreseeable future. If you find the frequency of the breaks disruptive, I hope we can talk about how it feels to you and find ways to make the most of the time we have.
Because of my more frequent weeks away, I am also making available various statutory holidays when you can make an appointment to see me if you wish. I have listed those dates below in calendar sequence.
STAT HOLIDAYS AVAILABLE: Calendar Sequence

Available Civic Holiday, August 1, 2022

Available New Year's Day (statutory holiday), January 2, 2023
I will remind you of the times I'll be away as we approach each of them. I will also check with you about whether you wish to use your usual weekly time when it falls on one of the above statutory holidays. But for your longer range planning, and should you be in doubt about what I have told you about an upcoming holiday, please refer to these lists. Unless I have notified you otherwise, these remain the "master lists."
Thank you for working with me on this.
