Location:  15 Millicent Street, Toronto ON M6H 1W3, basement unit, rear entrance

 

Millicent is a one-way (W to E) residential street that runs between Emerson and Dufferin.  It exits onto Dufferin slightly south of Hallam.   The Dufferin Bus stops at Hallam, two stops north of the Dufferin subway station.  If you prefer to walk, it's about 10 minutes from the Dufferin Station.  From Dufferin, 15 Millicent is about 10 houses in, on the south side.  There is usually free street parking available on Millicent, accessed via Emerson, which runs one way south from Dupont.

 

My office is in the basement unit of a three story house that has been converted into three apartments.  Access is at the rear of the house.  Follow the narrow walkway between 13 Millicent and 15 Millicent.  Unlatch the wooden gate at the end of the walkway and then turn right to find the door to the basement.  It will be closed but not locked.  My door is down a short flight of steps, and it will be open.  Unfortunately, there's no waiting room, so I'd ask you to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
