Location:  963 Dufferin Street, basement unit, rear entrance

 

963 Dufferin is a two-story semi-detached house on the east side of Dufferin, a 3-minute walk south of Bloor and the Dufferin subway station.  Parking is available on neighborhood residential streets such as Gladstone; however, your best parking bet is likely the large Dufferin Mall lot on the other side of Dufferin and just slightly south of 963 Dufferin.

My office is in the basement unit of the house.  Access is via a laneway between houses, south of #963.  Go through a back gate (pull the ring to unlatch) and turn left toward the back door.  It will be closed but not locked.  My office door,  down a short flight of stairs and at the end of the hall, will be open. 

 

Unfortunately, there's no waiting room, so I'd ask you to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.  The doorway is covered, but in bad weather, please feel free to wait just inside the back door or on the steps going down.
